At Orange Sherbet Boutique, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email within 5-7 business days for you to find your next favorite piece.
